Darren was a customer of SmileDirectClub.com, which he considers mail-order teeth straightening. But he did not have a good experience. He was originally inspired by his friend Keith McPherson to join Smile Direct Club, but Keith has had his own frustrations. Jen’s sister Melissa also had a bad experience with Invisalign (their parent company invested into Smile Direct Club), but for different reasons.
